Orders can take up to 5 days to be processed and shipped. Most orders will be processed immediatley and shipped out within 2 business days. However sometimes merchandise will be located at one of our various locations and will need to be transferred to our shipping location.
BACK ORDER AND OUT OF STOCK
Back Order: If an item is out of stock but available for reorder we will notify you via email and let you know how long it will take to be recieved in our warehouse. If you do not want the out of stock item please email us within 24 hours to accomadate our reorder process. If we do not recieve an email within 24 hours we will charge and ship your back ordered item once it is recieved in our warehouse free of shipping charge.
Out of Stock: Sometimes the inventory system can take up to a day to update merchandise. In this case if you have ordered something that is out of stock and can not be reordered you will be notified via email. you will be charged and shipped only the items in your order that are in stock.
RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not satisfied with an item you have 14 days from the recieved date to return it. To return an item you must contact us first via email and recieve a return authorization number. ALL ITEMS RECIEVED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETUERN.
